The Design Thinking Bootleg Workshop took place successfully in the office on 12 September! Participants were exposed to what Design Thinking is all about. It allowed our participants to gain insights into the process of understanding problems better, so as to be better able to tackle ill-defined problems head-on. The session was truly ground-breaking as we veered away from our usual training in the areas of IT, but instead focused on the soft skills aspects of better thinking and problem solving. As MOE is focusing on Design Thinking and Computational Thinking nowadays, it is our agenda to ensure that our staffs are better prepared for this paradigm shift, so as to be able to better serve the needs of the respective schools.
