Back in the day, you had to have a strap to use a mobile phone. It was clunky and weighed a ton. Putting them inside your pocket was unthinkable. They were even only used for calling purposes. Nowadays, mobile phones are not being used for its telephony origins. SMS and internet applications such as Facebook and Twitter are the more commonly used applications for phones. Media consumption and even creation are now very possible with the technology put into our mobile devices today.
